Yukon Native Language Center
In 1977, The Council of Yukon Indians (now called the Council of Yukon First Nations) established the Yukon Native Language Centre to carry out research and promote education to strengthen First Nations languages in the territory. The Centre is located in the Ayamdigut campus of Yukon College, and continues its research work as well as supporting the teaching of First Nations Languages in schools. The link at the right will connect you to the centre's website, with information on First Nations languages and the centre's activities and publications.
